São Lourenço’s Parque das Águas hosts sources of medicinal water from deep down the earth. It is a unique mix of several sources of medicinal water surrounded by a luxurious vegetation. The bamboo groves appear to dance and sway, their verdant forms blurring into ethereal, dreamlike visions. The bamboo shapes blur with magenta spring flowers. Through the intentional camera movements, the rigid structures of the bamboo melt away, replaced by a sense of fluidity and movement. The vibrant magenta flowers that dot the frames add pops of vivid color, creating a striking contrast against the soft, hazy shades of greens of the bamboo. Together, the blurred lines and bold hues evoke a mystical, otherworldly atmosphere. It is as if we have been transported to a secret, enchanted access to deeper and not well understood underground worlds.
